Include your account email and report ID when asking about a report. Never send your password or payment card details.

Report generation

Long reports may remain in progress while the app is in the background. Reopen the report history and refresh the status before creating a duplicate request.

Safety

If you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Tianji is not an emergency or crisis service.
