Delete your account

You can request permanent deletion of your international Tianji account and associated saved content.

In the app

Open Settings, choose Account, then choose Delete Account. Confirm the request using the signed-in account.

If you cannot sign in

Email verify@mail.lvyinzhice.xyz from the address registered to your account. Use the subject “Tianji Account Deletion”.

What is deleted

Your account profile, saved personal profiles, saved reports, and follow-up history will be deleted or de-identified. Limited security or transaction records may be retained where required by law, fraud prevention, or store accounting rules.

Timing

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
