These terms apply to the international Tianji service.

Purpose of the service

Tianji provides AI-assisted cultural interpretation, journaling, and entertainment. Content is generated from traditional knowledge frameworks and user-provided context.

No professional advice

Tianji does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, legal advice, investment advice, psychological diagnosis, or guaranteed predictions. Consult a qualified professional for decisions involving health, safety, law, money, or urgent personal risk.

AI limitations

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. You remain responsible for how you use it. We do not promise accuracy, specific outcomes, reconciliation, wealth, recovery, or success.

Public figures and knowledge traditions

Any AI perspective inspired by a public teacher or historical figure is an independent educational simulation based on public material. It is not the person, their estate, an authorized representative, a licensed clinic, or an endorsement.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law, harm another person, evade platform safeguards, obtain emergency medical guidance, impersonate another person, scrape the service, or disrupt its operation.

Accounts and availability

You are responsible for account access and accurate contact information. Features may change, pause, or be removed for maintenance, safety, legal, or platform requirements.

Purchases

When in-app purchases become available, billing and refunds will follow the rules of the store that processed the purchase. The international website does not accept domestic QR-code payments.
