This policy explains what Tianji collects, why it is used, how long it is kept, and the choices available to you.

Information you provide

We may process your email address, account settings, saved profiles, birth date, birth time, general birth location, questions, relationship profile details, support messages, and reports you choose to save.

Do not submit government identifiers, payment card numbers, passwords, medical records, or other information that is not needed for the service.

Information collected automatically

We may collect limited technical data such as IP address, request time, device and app version, language, error events, and security logs. We use this data to operate the service, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures.

How information is used

We use information to create and display requested content, save profiles and reports, authenticate accounts, provide support, enforce usage limits, protect the service, and improve reliability.

AI processing and international transfers

Questions and the profile details needed to answer them may be sent to contracted AI infrastructure providers. Processing may occur outside your country. We minimize the content sent and do not send payment card data to AI providers.

Retention

Account data and saved reports are retained while your account is active. Security logs and unsuccessful temporary generations may be retained for a shorter operational period. You can request deletion at any time.

Your choices

You may review or change saved profiles, remove reports, sign out, or request deletion of your account and associated content. See the account deletion page.

Children

Tianji is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Additional regional age requirements may apply.

Security

We use encrypted transport, access controls, service isolation, and operational monitoring. No system can guarantee absolute security.
